These are the terms for using OneLivePage. Plain language on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask before you pay rather than after.
“We” and “us” here means NAPCO Group Pvt Ltd (Reg. No. C21812025, TIN 1175832), a company registered in the Republic of Maldives, which makes OneLivePage under the CRODE Labs name. That is who you are contracting with, who you pay, and who your receipt comes from. See the company page.
What you get
A website on a template we built, at an address on onelive.page, hosted by us, for a year. You choose the template, the sections and every word on it.
Prices are in Maldivian rufiyaa and depend on which sections your site uses, not on how large your business is. The price you start on is the price you renew at, for as long as you do not let it lapse. Setup is charged once and never again.
A template is right for most businesses. If yours needs something a template cannot do — a custom design, bookings, a shop, integrations — that is a different service: CRODE Studio builds sites to order at www.crode.studio, on its own terms.
What is yours
Your words, your photos, your logo, your customer list and your business information belong to you. Publishing here does not give us any ownership of them.
You give us permission to store and display that content for the purpose of running your site — which is what makes it appear on the internet at all — and nothing further.
The templates, the builder and the software behind them are ours. You are licensed to use them for your site while your account is active; you cannot resell them or use them to build sites elsewhere.
What you are responsible for
- That you have the right to use everything you upload. Photos you took, or have permission to use — not images pulled from a search engine.
- That what your site says is true. Prices, availability, opening hours and claims about your business are yours to keep accurate.
- Complying with Maldivian law, including anything your trade requires — licences, registration, tax.
- Keeping access to the email address you sign in with.
What you may not use it for
- Anything illegal under Maldivian law.
- Impersonating another business, or passing off someone else's work as yours.
- Malware, phishing, or deceiving people into paying for nothing.
- Content that exists to harass a person or incite harm against a group.
If a site is doing one of these we will take it down. Where it is not clear-cut we will contact you first.
Edits
Changing words, photos or which sections appear costs an edit, spent when you save. Edit packs are bought separately and do not expire.
Running your business does not cost an edit. Adding a menu item, changing a price, updating stock, adding a departure or marking something unavailable is unlimited and free.
Your address
Once published, your address is yours and locked to your site. We do not reassign it while your account is active. Addresses that impersonate another business, or that we need for the service itself, are not available.
Uptime
We do our best to keep sites up and we do not promise perfection. This is a small operation, not a company with a night shift. If something breaks we fix it as fast as we can and we tell you what happened.
Stopping
You can stop at any time. Your site stays live until the end of the year you paid for, and we will export your content and subscribers for you if you ask.
We can close an account that breaks these terms. Unless the reason is serious enough to require immediate removal, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.
Liability
We are liable for what we can reasonably control: running your site, holding your content, keeping it available. We are not liable for lost business, lost profit, or the consequences of something your own site says. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
Nothing here limits liability that Maldivian law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
If these change in a way that affects what you get or what you pay, we will email you before it takes effect, not after.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and disputes are settled in its courts.
