This describes what OneLivePagedoes with information — both yours, as someone who builds a site here, and your visitors', as people who look at the site you built.
OneLivePage is made by CRODE Labs. The company responsible for your information is NAPCO Group Pvt Ltd (Reg. No. C21812025, TIN 1175832), in the Republic of Maldives. Full details are on the company page.
The short version: we collect what is needed to build and run your site, and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and you can have it deleted by asking.
What we collect from you
| Email address | To sign you in and to reach you about your site. Signing in sends a code to this address; there is no password to store. |

What we collect from your visitors
Every published site counts page views and a few interactions — a booking request submitted, a message widget opened, an email signup, a button clicked. This is stored per site, and it is what the visitor numbers in your dashboard are built from.
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not build profiles of people across different sites.
Emails your visitors give you
If your site has an email signup, the addresses people enter are yours. We store them so you can export them, and we do not email those people ourselves.
The AI that writes your first draft
When you describe your business, that description is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the first draft of your copy. What we send is the business details you typed and the list of sections your template has — nothing else, and never your email, your photos, or your visitors' data.
Anthropic does not train models on data sent through their API. Every word it writes is yours to edit or delete before you publish, and after.
Who else is involved
Running this needs a few services, and each sees only the part it needs:
- Supabase — the database and sign-in. Holds your account, your content and your analytics.
- Vercel — hosting. Serves the app and your published site.
- Cloudflare R2 — photo storage.
- Anthropic — writes your first draft, as described above.
- BML and Swipe — payments.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is listed here.
How long we keep it
Your site and its content stay while your account is active. Analytics are kept as long as your site is live so the numbers in your dashboard stay comparable year to year.
Ask us to delete your account and we delete your content, your photos and your analytics. Some records of payments are kept where we are required to keep them.
What you can ask for
- A copy of what we hold about you.
- A correction, if something is wrong.
- Deletion of your account and everything in it.
- Your subscriber list, exported, at any time.

Children
This is a tool for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this changes in a way that affects you, we will email you rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
