Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneLivePage (“the Service”), operated by Erii Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneLivePage is a privacy-first visitor analytics platform designed for indie founders. The Service provides:

  • Real-time visitor analytics across unlimited websites and applications
  • A lightweight tracking script (under 2KB) that does not use cookies
  • Dashboard with page views, sources, countries, devices, engagement, and milestone tracking
  • Data retention based on your plan tier (free: 30 days, pro: 1 year, unlimited: 5 years)

3. Account Registration

You must create an account using Google or GitHub OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Plans & Billing

OneLivePage offers three plans:

  • Free: $0/forever — unlimited apps, up to 10,000 events total, 30-day data retention.
  • Pro: $7/month — 100,000 events/month, 1-year data retention, priority support.
  • Unlimited: $25/month — unlimited events, 5-year data retention, API access.

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Usage Limits

Free plan users are limited to 10,000 lifetime events across all apps. When this limit is reached, tracking will pause until you upgrade. Pro and Unlimited plans have monthly event quotas that reset at the start of each billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Send artificially inflated or bot-generated traffic to inflate analytics
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Data & Privacy

We take privacy seriously. The Service does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information from your website visitors, and is designed to be GDPR-compliant by default. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Analytics data is retained according to your plan tier. Expired data is automatically cleaned up daily. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logo, and content, is owned by Erii Studio. You retain full ownership of your analytics data. We do not claim any rights over data collected through your use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
